GENERAL INFORMATION

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Egyptian cotton bed Linen
A set of bath-towels per person 
Bathrobes
Kitchen linen + dishwasher and washing machine products
Use of a plasma tv which has both English and French channels (Sky). 

Changing of sheets and house cleaning will be done Mid week. 

THE FOLLOWING CAN BE PROVIDED AT EXTRA COST
Cot Bed €50 - per week
Additional set of bath towels: €10.00 each per set
Croissant service: Order your bread and croissants in the evening and your order is delivered the next morning by 8:30 AM.
 
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

After you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation, and an invoice from us within five days. 

An agreement is concluded between you and us when we have confirmed the reservation to you.

The agreement concerns the rental of the holiday home for recreational use, which by its nature is of short duration.

The reservation will be effective on receipt of a deposit of 50%.

The balance is to be paid 14 days after the invoice.  If your reservation is made four weeks or less before your arrival,

we will require the full amount of your stay.
When making a reservation, we will email you to let you know the account details to enable you to make a transfer.
 

DEPARTURE
Please be advised that upon departure we will inspect the property and if we feel anything has been mistreated/broken,

we will deduct the cost from you deposit. When you check in please make a note and email us if you find any broken equipment etc.

 

CLEANING

The rent is exclusive of final cleaning and rent of bed linen and linen. This will be charged at €100 per rental period.

In between cleaning is upon request.
 
DEPOSIT
The deposit of 500 euro must be paid 10 days before the stay and will be reimbursed in full within the week of your departure

after an inspection of the premises. 

 If at the end of the stay the necessary cleanliness of the premises is considered to be unsatisfactory,

a fixed price of €150 will be subtracted from the deposit.

In the event of possible damage caused during the stay, the cost of the repair will be subtracted from the deposit. 
 
 
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of the reservation before the four-week period prior to the agreed arrival date, 50% of the down-payment will be withheld, thereafter 100%.
 
We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any accident or incident under your responsibility.

Alizee will be there to welcome you and give you the key of the house.
